We, Sohonet, are committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and
human trafficking in our business and supply chain.
We are a provider of software and telecommunications services to the media, entertainment and advertising industries. We are a part of the Sohonet group (Group), and our ultimate parent company is Eudoros Bidco Limited. Eudoros Bidco Limited has its head office in the United Kingdom. The Group has over 120 employees worldwide and principally operates in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and mainland Europe.
Our business is organised into 3 business units: (i) network services, (ii) platformservices and (iii) production services.
Our supply chains include fibre suppliers, telecommunication services suppliers, hardware suppliers, cloud services providers and software suppliers. Due to our area of business, we consider that we are low risk of slavery in our business and our supply chains.
Our anti-slavery policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk we:
· vet our suppliers to ensure they comply with our values and zero tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking;
· include comprehensive anti-modern slavery clauses in all our supply contracts;
· review the Global Slavery Index to determine whether a particular supply chain is high risk;
· review whether a particular relationship or series of transactions is likely to be high risk;
· assess where any hardware is sourced (if applicable); and
· monitor political risk in areas of our supply chain.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff.
Our effectiveness in combating slavery and human trafficking. We use the following key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure how effective we have been to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains:
(i) ensure that appropriate due diligence is undertaken in respect of each supplier and factors such as type of goods and services and geographical region are taken into account when performing an assessment on such supplier; and
(ii) ensure that all supply contracts include a governance with all laws provision which would cover anti-slavery and human trafficking.
This statement was made pursuant to section 54(1) of Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the Group’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.
