The Emmy nominations for 2024 were revealed last night, with FX’s historical Japan-set epic drama "Shogun" leading with 25 nominations. "The Bear" follows with 23, then Hulu’s "Only Murders in the Building" with 21 nominations. HBO/Max’s "True Detective: Night Country" got 19, and Netflix’s "The Crown" earned 18. Congratulations to all the nominees!

Studio Highlights

The Hollywood Reporter provided a great summary of the studio performance this year. Netflix is leading the pack with 107 nominations across 35 programs. FX follows with 93 nominations, HBO with 91, and Apple TV+ with 72. The Walt Disney Co. achieved a personal best with 183 Emmy nominations across its various networks, including FX, ABC, Hulu, and Disney+.
