At Sohonet, we celebrate the amazing contributions of women every day. Yet on 8 March, the global stage comes alive as women around the world are honored on International Women’s Day. This year’s theme, #AccelerateAction, reminds us that swift, decisive steps are essential to achieving gender equality and building a balanced future for all.

Last year, we ran a series of interviews with leading talent from across our industry, exploring the experiences of women succeeding in their fields. These conversations showcased not only the passion these women bring to their work but also highlighted the challenges they've overcome, the failures they've learned from, and the triumphs they've achieved. 

This year, we looked closer to home. At Sohonet, walking into our office means being surrounded by inspiring female colleagues. We sat down with them to get their advice on challenges, triumphs, and everyday experiences.
